There is a public beach located across the highway within walking distance from the development. There, residents will be able to sunbathe, snorkel, swim, jog, picnic and do a variety of other recreational activities.
The property is elevated an average seventy meters above the Caribbean Sea, with gently sloping 15 degree slopes. This eliminates all dangers of storm surges from hurricanes and at the same time provides spectacular 180 degrees views of the western coastline of Jamaica and the Caribbean Sea.
Pimento Heights has an abundance of pimento trees and fruit trees on the property including sweet sop, sour sop, mango, ackee, avocado and guinep. The ambience of the property, the breathtaking views and the unparalleled beauty in design of the homes will make it the place of choice for returning residents, new homeowners, folks from abroad who want to retire in beautiful Jamaica or persons wanting to invest in property.
The developer will be offering a selection of homes to choose from for prospective buyers who would like to have their dream home constructed by a team of experienced professionals with little or no stress on the part of the homeowner. Lots can also be purchased for future home construction by the developer or by the lot owner themselves.

The project has already begun with approvals from the Hanover Parish Council on June 21st, 2006 for the first 60 lots. The first phase of these 60 lots will be further divided into three phases of 20 lots each starting with lots 7 to 26. This phase will have an earlier completion date than the next two phases.
Infrastructure work began in August 2013. The property is being cleared so that the lots can be pegged and the roads have been pegged, cleared and are being cut. Lots are now being put up for sale with price incentives for early buyers. The infrastructure works will continue until completion.
